-    Express shipping: € 12.50
-    Cash on delivery: shipping costs + € 4.00 cash on delivery charge + 2.00 € DHL delivery charge,
     which is payable directly upon delivery of the package.
 
Can’t be home during the day to receive your package?
Delivery to another address is no problem!
-    Simply give a billing address and a different delivery address
     (i.e. your work place, a friend, a neighbor, etc.)
-    Alternatively, the package can be delivered to any DHL station you specify.

Don’t like it? Doesn’t fit?
Return your order free of charge!
-    Simply fill out the enclosed return label and deliver the package to a post office of your choice.
-    For returns from Austria, you must cover the shipping costs. However, these will be refunded immediately. Simply send an e-mail
     stating the amount paid to service@kangaroos.de or contact us by phone.
     Important: Please keep the receipt for the return costs until the amount due has been refunded
