Shipping & Returns

Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value for orders of goods.

Shipping costs
Orders are subject to shipping costs of EUR 5.90 within Germany, regardless of the value of the goods. An overview of the shipping costs to all other countries can be found here.

Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will be made within 1-3 working days, for deliveries abroad within approx. 5-10 working days after conclusion of the contract, depending on the country of delivery (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Delivery
If the first delivery is not successful, a notification will be left in your letterbox. You can set any delivery date with DHL or have it delivered to an alternative address or your neighbors. It is also possible to have the shipment delivered to a DHL Packstation.

Returns or order cancellation
If you would like to return your goods within 14 days, log into your customer account here and register the return online. We will check your return request within 1-2 working days.

Alternatively, you can use this form. Fill out the PDF online or as a printout by hand and send it to us by e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Return request". If you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can also use the form above.

Please wait with the return shipment until you receive an e-mail from our personal customer service with the confirmation of your return registration and for orders within Germany a corresponding DHL return label.

Send the complete packaging unit, i.e. the unworn items with all original labels plus the printed and completed returns form (or alternatively your declaration of withdrawal) to the following address within two weeks of delivery.

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs to shipment to customer. In the event of a return, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs to shipment to customer if all items from the order are returned. If at least one item of a shipment is kept, the shipping costs for this partial return will not be refunded. This applies to shipments within Germany and to all EU countries. Third countries (all countries outside the EU) are excluded from this regulation. Here, the shipping costs cannot be refunded even in the case of a complete return or a withdrawal.

Your right of withdrawal, as well as the right to return, expires if the goods have been used and are therefore no longer in new condition.

Return costs
For a return due to a revocation or a justified return within Germany, we will cover the costs for the return shipment if you request the return in advance as described above. In this case, we will confirm the return request and send you a DHL return label.

For returns from all other countries (EU and third countries), the customer bears the costs for the insured return shipment.

Customs
Please note that postal and parcel shipments from a non-EU country to Germany must always be cleared through customs. To determine the customs duties, you must enclose a complete and correctly filled out customs declaration and invoice. Please always attach these documents to the outside of your parcel. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service in advance.

Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions, as well as the voluntary additional services for shipping and returns, apply exclusively to end consumers. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of §§ 14, 310 para.1 BGB are excluded from this.
