We are proud to present the GAME LO, a model we are reissuing for the first time since the 1980s. This shoe is the low-cut version of one of the oldest and most prestigious models in our archive, the SLAM DUNK I, which debuted back in 1981.
At the time, the SLAM DUNK I was advertised as "the championship-caliber basketball shoe." In the good tradition of basketball performance shoes from that time, the upper of the GAME LO is made entirely of leather.
The base of the upper, as well as the colored overlays, are made of high-quality nappa leather, which takes its name from Napa, California, where the process for making nappa leather was developed by Emanuel Manasse, a German tanner who worked for The Sawyer Tanning Company.
Für eine gute Belüftung des Fußes haben wir die Zehenbox mit einer Perforation versehen. Für ein angenehmes Tragegefühl haben wir den GAME LO mit einem Mesh-Futter und einer herausnehmbaren Ortholite-Einlegesohle ausgestattet. Die Außensohle ist mit abriebfestem Gummi ausgestattet, das für guten Grip und eine angenehme Haltbarkeit sorgt.
GAME LO Nachhaltigkeitsfeatures: Das Leder stammt aus mit der LWG-Goldmedaille ausgezeichneten Gerbereien, die textilen Teile des Uppers sind aus 100% recyceltem Polyester, ebenso die Decksohle und die Schnürsenkel. Das Futter besteht zu 85% aus recyceltem Polyester, das herausnehmbare Fußbett zu 95% aus recyceltem Polyester, das Gummi der Laufsohle ist zu 30% recycelt.
