The AUSSIE is not only one of the oldest models in our assortment range, but also one of the most popular. Old KangaROOS advertisements from the early 1980s even called the shoe the "AWESOME AUSSIE".

Despite its classic structure with various design options, the AUSSIE ATHLUXE II is kept simple in terms of color. Material-wise, we've kept the sporty aspect by using a lightweight nylon for the base of the almost monochromatic upper. The use of a rich nubuck for the heel overlay and mudguard brings the luxurious aspect to the material design of this silhouette.

Dieser Sneaker wird auch dem nachhaltigen Aspekt gerecht: Das Nubukleder stammt aus einer mit der LWG-Silbermedaille ausgezeichneten Gerberei, die textilen Teile des Uppers sind zu 100% aus recyceltem Polyester, ebenso das Innenmaterial, die Decksohle und die Schnürsenkel. Das herausnehmbare Fußbett besteht zu 95% aus recyceltem Polyester, das Gummi der Laufsohle ist zu 30% recycelt.

Die Zunge aus atmungsaktivem Mesh ist mit einem schönen gewebten KangaROOS Zungenlabel ausgestattet. Das Innenfutter ist ebenfalls aus Mesh und sorgt für eine angenehme Passform. Die Laufsohle aus abriebfestem Gummi sorgt für einen guten Grip.
